This restorative yoga class is perfect for all levels and abilities. Taught by Michelle Haak, who asks each student their abilities & needs before proceeding with each class. She will then tailor the class to help you get the most out the workout. Please bring a yoga mat. Purchase 5 or 10 punch “dance cards” through our “parent portal” to attend the class. 10 punch cards are $75 and 5 punch cards are $40. Our drop-in rate is $10 per class.
